The 1.2km beach is paved in round black pebbles instead of sand. Each wave drags them into a crackling roll you can recognize with your eyes shut. It is on the list of Korea's 100 natural sounds. Free parking is nearby, and cruise boats to Haegeumgang and Oedo leave from the pier.
