An artificial lake built on a summit for pumped-storage power. The 1.9 km loop smells of forest, and from the octagonal gazebo the Cheongpyeong lake spreads out below. The turtle shape in the middle is a floating solar array. Private cars are kept out, so you ride the route bus or walk up.
