A hillside village above Mukho Port where murals cover the lane walls. Painted scenes of fishing life line the alleys, and the higher you climb the wider the harbour and sea open up. People still live here, so quiet walking is the polite way. A lighthouse near the top gives a full view of the East Sea. It makes a good half-day trip south from Gangneung.
