A sculpture park and several galleries sit on a hillside above the Gangdong coast. 'Haslla' is the old name of Gangneung. You wander the outdoor sculpture ground with the sea below, then go through the indoor halls and on to the Pinocchio museum. Each building has its own feel, so it is easy to lose a couple of hours. On a clear day the horizon shows from many corners of the grounds.
