One of the Eight Views of Gwandong, it stands on a hill west of Gyeongpo Lake. From the floor you can see the lake and the sea beyond it together. Old scholars' poems and calligraphy hang as plaques in the hall, among them a large board reading 'First River and Mountain'. It takes only a short climb of steps.
