A long-running makguksu house in downtown Jumunjin. The signature is hoe-bibim makguksu topped with sweet-sour flounder, with cold broth served in a kettle on the side. Add vinegar, mustard and sugar, mix, then pour in the broth. The pink-tinged suyuk comes with flounder salad and white kimchi.
