The shop is said to be where jjamppong sundubu, soft tofu in a spicy seafood broth, got its start, right in the middle of Chodang Sundubu Village. The red, fire-kissed broth holds tofu and seafood, and a plain white-tofu set is on the menu too. It opens at 7am, so plenty of visitors make it a first meal of the day. The queue is famous, and waiting in it is half the experience.
