A potato-dumpling soup shop inside Dongbu Market, close to Gangneung Station. The ongsimi are made from grated raw potato and bite chewy with a slight grit. You choose between plain clear broth and perilla-seed broth: nutty or clean. A buckwheat-noodle version is popular too. It sits in a corner of the market, with a tidy open kitchen.
