The temple sits at the foot of Mt. Jeongjoksan, wrapped by the Samnangseong fortress wall. Climb the steps past the gate and you spot small crouching figures under the corners of the main hall roof. A path loops along the wall behind the temple, easy and pleasant to walk. Temple stays are offered too.
