A huge limestone rock has a hole punched through it, and the Namhangang and the far hills fill the opening like a framed picture. It is a designated scenic site. Stairs and a short climb lead to the arch, so expect to get a bit winded. The view through the opening is the best one. Most people walk here on from Dodamsambong.
