A wooden deck hangs off the Namhangang cliff, with the water about 20 m below. The path is flat, so anyone can walk it. It runs a little over a kilometre from the Sangjin Bridge end to the Mancheonha Skywalk gate. Lights come on after sunset, so night walks work too. Running and bikes are not allowed.
