Paving now covers an old rail bed that the Chungju Dam flooding left behind. Trees meet overhead so it reads as a tunnel, and moss clings to the side walls, greenest from June to August. It is short enough to walk in a few minutes. It has turned up on TV. The two-lane road is narrow, so check for cars before stepping out to take a photo.
