Two rock peaks stand out of Chungju Lake: Gudambong and Oksunbong, both counted among the Eight Views of Danyang. A cruise from Janghoe Pier slides past them toward Oksun Bridge and Cheongpung Pier. If you skip the boat, a ridge trail climbs to Gudambong for views over the lake. In peak autumn color the boats fill early, so book ahead.
