Old houses still stand along winding earth-and-stone walls here. It is a Jangheung Go clan village, with homes like the Go Jae-hwan house and the Chungang Go Jeong-ju residence. Rice-candy making and natural dyeing are done in the village. Changpyeong rice yeot is steamed, malted, and boiled for over ten hours, four days from start to finish. The way to see it is to walk slowly.
