Opened in October 2000, this museum shows why Damyang is considered the home of gasa, a Korean verse form. Eighteen surviving gasa came from this area, including works by Song Sun and Jeong Cheol. Almost three thousand items are collected here, among them printed collections and handwritten pieces. You can try rubbing a poem onto paper, which keeps kids busy. A visit takes about an hour and entry is free.
