The valley winds about 4 km under Yongchusan (523 m) and includes Yongso, the pool where the Yeongsan River starts. Along the forest trails there are waterfalls, ponds, the Siwon suspension bridge and the Siwonjeong pavilion. Three hiking routes and two nature trails let you choose a short or a long walk. The lower stream is wadeable in summer, but not the eco-park section. It feels nothing like Damyang town, which is why it is good for cooling off.
