Song Si-yeol, a Joseon scholar, taught his students at Namganjeongsa, a house tucked below the trees. Spring water was routed to pass beneath the building and into a pond. Turn left at the entrance for the house and the pavilion Gigukjeong, then pick up the paths that climb into the woods. Entry is free, and locals are out walking early.
