Dug in 1927 as an irrigation reservoir, the lake is now where Daegu goes for a walk. Willows and cherry trees line the loop path, and swan pedal boats drift on the water. Cafés sit right along the shore, so a window seat gives you the view while you rest. After dark the fountain and lights come on, which makes it a good evening stroll.
