The main shop for napjak mandu, open since 1963. The wrapper is paper thin with only a little glass noodle and vegetable inside, fried in oil so it tastes toasty and plain. You dress it with soy sauce and chili powder and often pair it with jjolmyeon or udon. Orders and cooking are slow, so busy days mean a long wait.
