A noodle shop on Namseong-ro beside the herbal medicine market. The noodles are pulled in house, the broth is beef bone, and fresh geotjeori kimchi arrives daily. The spicy baby-octopus kalguksu has a smoky, sweet-hot finish and is the most-ordered dish. The hand-pounded cutlet and fried-dumpling sides are regular add-ons.
