Pine woods grow thick where the Namhan River bends around a cliff. The Silla musician Ureuk is said to have played his gayageum here, hence the name. The forest path climbs to the Yeoldoodae cliff with a wide view of the river, and in autumn the leaves cover the trail. It is also where General Sin Rip made his last stand in the Imjin War, so signs mark the way.
