Wide grassy foundations of a Goryeo-era temple lie in a mountain valley below Haneul Pass. At one side a 9.6 m stone Buddha stands in a built grotto, gazing into the distance. A five-story pagoda and stone lanterns line the site, so you wander slowly across the grass. Songgye Valley in Woraksan is close, which makes a half-day loop.
