Nothing blocks the view here: a wide lawn with a 14.5 m pagoda, National Treasure No. 6, standing alone beside the Namhan River. A riverside path leads on to a sculpture park, and the tower is lit after dark. There is no fee and no closing time, so you can drop in whenever you like.
