The cable car leaves a station on the edge of Uiam Lake, crosses the water and climbs to a lookout on Samaksan. At about 3.6 km it is among the longest in Korea, and lake, islets and ridges slide by underfoot. The glass-floor Crystal cabin costs a little more. A skywalk and short trails at the top are worth a loop before heading down. Weekends get long queues, so many people book ahead.
