A long-running dumpling shop in old Cheongju that moved from a tiny spot near the old courthouse. The menu is just three items: fried dumplings, boiled dumplings and kalguksu. The fried ones are done in lard, crisp outside and juicy within. The boiled dumplings arrive in kalguksu broth, closer to a soup than a side. There are standing tables and floor seats, and turnover is quick.
