This street follows the old road that linked the south and north gates of Cheongju's town wall. Delivery vehicles use it in the morning and after noon it is pedestrian only. Clothing shops, cafes and snack counters line it, with restaurants tucked into the side lanes. At one end it runs into Rodeo Street and the iron banner pole plaza. Yukgeori Market is within walking distance.
