A lake park in the middle of Changwon's planned grid. About 1km of path follows the water, with a big lawn beside it. Sculptures dot the route and fountains rise from the lake; the music fountain finished in September 2025 shoots up to 50m. Office workers walking home make it feel very Changwon.
