A noodle shop built around kalchebi, a bowl that mixes knife-cut noodles with hand-torn dough flakes. The broth of clams and dried pollack is clear and cooling, and a small bowl of barley rice comes before the noodles. The big dumplings are handmade and sometimes sell out. Lines come up often, so aim for an early lunch.
