The queue-heavy ssiat hotteok stall on the BIFF Square street in Nampo-dong. Glutinous-rice dough is pressed on a griddle, then split and packed with seeds. There are only three items: seed hotteok, honey hotteok and cheese hotteok. Cards are not accepted, so pay in cash or by bank transfer. The line is long, but staff keep it in order and it moves faster than it looks.
