The flagship of what is described as Busan's oldest fish cake maker. A sales hall, a small history display and a hands-on workshop share the site. You pick freshly made cakes to eat on the spot, from chili rolls and whole-shrimp rolls to rice-cake rolls. Many families come for the fish cake making class with kids.
