A buckwheat noodle shop that mills domestic Bongpyeong buckwheat itself, newly added to the 2026 Michelin Guide Busan Bib Gourmand list. The menu has cold broth, spicy mixed and perilla-oil noodles, and the broth-forward cold version earns the most praise. The perilla-oil bowl is nutty with whole sesame on top. It sits on the second floor of a Marine City building, with the noodle room visible from the hall.
