Pork soup has been simmering here in Sinpyeong since 2011, and the place earned a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Busan. The broth is clear and clean rather than milky, and reviews keep saying there is almost no pork smell. The house specials are a bowl topped with minced Uiseong garlic and one scented with bangah (Korean mint) leaves. It never closes, so it works as a hangover fix or a late-night meal.
