A gomtang house on a lane behind Gwangalli Beach with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The soup is made with hanwoo cow that has not calved, and you choose between clear and milky versions. Reviews say the broth is deep and clean enough that it needs no extra salt. It arrives in brass bowls, which adds to the sense of being looked after. There is also brisket soup, short-plate soup and boiled beef.
