Milmyeon is what wartime Busan cooked when there was wheat but no buckwheat for naengmyeon. This shop, tucked off the Gwangbok-ro shopping street, has served almost nothing else for 40-plus years. The broth is full of ice shards, and on a hot day the first sip clears your head. It seats 140, so a long line melts quickly. Torn between the broth and the spicy version? Order one of each and share.
