Stalls with a few plastic stools each line the alley in the heart of Gukje Market. The usual orders are bibim dangmyeon, Chungmu gimbap, yubu pockets and fish cake. Bibim dangmyeon is glass noodles under pickled radish, fish cake and spinach with red sauce, and you mostly find it in Busan markets. The fun is hopping from stall to stall, one plate each.
