Refugees set up stalls here after the Korean War, and the lanes still run like a maze of clothes, housewares and bowls. Since the film Ode to My Father, more visitors come. Across the road Bupyeong Kkangtong Market is the food side: seasoned glass noodles, tofu pouches and seed-stuffed hotteok with lines. It is as good for browsing as for eating. BIFF Square is a short walk next door.
