A headland at the southern edge of Ulsan, known for one of the earliest sunrises on the Korean mainland, so crowds come on New Year's morning. A giant wish mailbox about 5 m tall faces the sea at the entrance. The white lighthouse, grassy slope and coastal path make it a good daytime walk. It is about an hour by car from Haeundae, so a day trip is easy.
