The village began when Korean War refugees built homes on this slope. After an art project in 2009, colorful houses, murals and sculptures multiplied into today's look. The line is longest at the Little Prince and fox statue. From the sky deck above, the sea of rooftops spreads out. There are many stairs and slopes, so follow a map and take it slowly.
