This is the place that turned nakgopsae, octopus, beef tripe and prawns simmered in one pan, into a Busan signature. When the red sauce starts bubbling, ladle it over rice and mix. The heat is milder than it looks, and the rice vanishes fast. Branches are scattered across the city, but it started in Nampo.
