A pyeongyang naengmyeon house that made its name in Gaegeum before moving to Jungang-dong; it holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Buckwheat noodles sit in a broth with a faint meaty aroma. Cold or spicy naengmyeon costs 13,000 won, and there are perilla-oil noodles too. North Korean-style sides include eobok jaengban, sliced pork and gomtang. High chairs make it workable for family lunches.
