A gukbap house in a Sinpyeong side street that Busan locals queue for. The milky pork soup lands first, then a plate of thin-sliced pork-jowl suyuk with stir-fried kimchi and fresh tofu. Stack the pork with kimchi and tofu like a samhap, then drop noodles into the broth to finish. It made the 2026 Busan Pork Soup Festival citizens' top-20 list.
