Billed as the shop that started the hagfish alley behind the old Busan City Hall, open since 1950. The sauce is made from a herbal broth and reads clean rather than harsh. Orders come with a clear clam soup and jelly made from hagfish skin. Finish by frying rice with seaweed flakes in the leftover sauce.
