It was built as a drama set, but the red-roofed chapel at the end of the breakwater has become one of Busan's most photographed corners. Waves slap close to your feet, and the classic shot frames chapel and sea together. The interior is used as a gallery, though it is sometimes shut for repairs. Most people make it the first stop on a Gijang day trip, alongside the fishing village next door.
