The hill behind Busan Station is stacked with the homes of Korean War refugees, and Ibagu means "story" in the local dialect. The best known spot is the steep 168-step staircase running straight down toward the port. An inclined elevator now stands where the old monorail was. From the lookout above, the harbor cranes and the sea hang in one frame.
