The hills around Mt. Seongju in Boryeong were once coal-mining country. The museum shows a miner's day through mock tunnels, tools and photographs. Walk into the dim tunnel model and you find mining scenes set up. You can also press a mini briquette yourself. It is small enough to be easy with kids.
