About 3,000 ginkgo trees line the lanes of a village below Mt. Oseo. In autumn yellow leaves pile up on the roads and stone walls and the whole village turns gold. There is no entry fee, and you stroll about two kilometres. A festival in late October to early November adds activities such as ginkgo shaking.
