A fishing village on Cheonsu Bay where oyster-grill shacks run in a long row. At each one you set a basket of oysters on a charcoal grill and flip them with tongs. When the shells pop open you pull them off and dip them in chili-vinegar sauce. Many people add oyster rice or raw oysters. Oysters are best from November to February, and a festival is held here every December.
