The old house where Admiral Yi Sun-sin spent his youth and his shrine sit inside a wide, quiet forest. A straight path runs from the gate to the shrine among pine trees. An archery range remains by the house, making it easy to picture his early years. The nearby exhibition hall shows artifacts and his war diary. Entry and parking are free.
